Crew pours superflat floor at McKay-Cocker’s Tepperman project
McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the single-storey, design-build Tepperman project in July 2007. Completion is scheduled for June 2008.
Designed by Paul Kershaw Architect, the building will include offices, an 85,000-square-foot showroom and a 100,000-square-foot distribution centre.
Consultants are Santarelli Engineering Service (structural); Barrett Mechanical/Westair Technologies Inc. (d-b mechanical); Johnson Electric Inc. (d-b electrical); and Ron Koudys (landscape).
Subtrades include Classic Excavating Inc.; McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. (formwork); Dietrich Steel Ltd. (reinforcing steel); Lambton Metal Service (structural steel); Lafarge Construction Materials (concrete supply) and Bravo Cement Contracting [London Inc.] (concrete finishing).
Other subtrades on the job include Kappeler Masonry; J.A. MacDonald Ltd. (drywall and ACT); Vipond Fire Protection; Great Northern Insulation: Paramount Painting; I.C.I. Steel-Tech Inc.
