Toddglen Chateau approaches completion of Mount Pleasant project

Work is beginning to wrap up at the Chateau Royal condominium project at 650 Mount Pleasant Road in Toronto.

General contractor Toddglen Chateau Limited began the eight-storey, 97-unit Chateau Royal condominium project in January 2006.

The building, designed by Page + Steele Inc., will include three levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor.

Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and CBM Group (mechanical/electrical).

Subcontractors include Blu-Mar Excavating & Grading; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Dyson Electric; Vicor Mechanical Ltd. and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
