Tridel’s Meridian Residences Phase 2 project nears completion
Tridel Corp. and Hullmark Developments have completion of the 26-storey, 406-unit Meridian Residences Phase 2 project scheduled for spring 2008. The development includes a three-level podium and ten townhomes.
Designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc., the building offers indoor/outdoor water features, pool/whirlpool/sauna, fitness centre, billiards/card room, party room, three levels of underground parking and ground-floor retail.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Magine General Contractors Inc. (excavation/site work); Consolidated 2000 Inc. (formwork); Global Precast; Venice Masonry; and Primo Mechanical Inc. (mechanical/fire protection).
Also on the list of subtrades are Speedy Electric Contractor Inc.; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); Multiseal Inc. (waterproofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
