Construction is moving along on the Grand Triomphe II condominium project in North York, Ont.
Tridel oversees group of “Grand” workers at Grand Triomphe II
Owner Tridel Corporation and construction manager Deltera Inc. have completion of the 30-storey, 308-unit Grand Triomphe II project, with retail space on the ground floor, scheduled for early 2009.
The Grand Triomphe II was designed by Burka Architects Inc.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Dolente Concrete & Drain Co. (site work/drainage); Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Res Precast Inc. and Network Mechanical.
Also on the list of subtrades are Speedy Electric; Belmar Ventilation Systems; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (glass/glazing); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
