Bondfield’s practice makes perfect at Richmond Hill Centre for Performing Arts

Bondfield Construction Ltd. is building the two-storey Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts facility.

Designed by Diamond + Schmitt Architects Inc., the building features a 600-seat theatre and 150-seat rehearsal hall.

Consultants are Halcrow Yolles (structural) and Crossey Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).

Subcontractors include BBM Excavating; Canada Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; Formacon (formwork); Mirage Steel Ltd. (structural steel); Dufferin Concrete; BMC Masonry; Nekison Engineering (mechanical); Duplex Electrical Ltd.; Performance Barriers (roofing); and CNIM Canada (elevators).
