Landscape work is underway at the Continental Phase I condominium project in Toronto, Ontario.
Grounds crew puts finishing touches on Empire’s Continental Phase 1
E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd. designed the 21-storey, 511-unit Continental tower for owner/general contractor Empire Communities.
Consultants are Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural); The ECE Group (mechanical/electrical); and Paul Cosburn Associates Ltd. (landscape).
Subtrades include York Excavating & Grading Co. Ltd.; Pro Caissons (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Canada-Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd. (rebar supply); Res Precast.
Other subtrades on the project include Dufferin Concrete; Medi-Group Masonry Ltd.; Network Mechanical Ltd.; Centennial Electric Ltd.; ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.; and Pro-Land Landscape.
