Work is beginning to wind down at the 9T6 Condominium Residences on St. Patrick Street in Toronto.
Toddglen St. Patrick readies 9T6 condominium for residents
Toddglen St. Patrick began the 18-storey, 224-unit building, which was designed by Atkins Architects, in June 2006; completion has been scheduled for this May.
Consultants are Y & V Engineering (structural) and CBM Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Shor-Cais Consulting Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Res Group (formwork); Gilbert Steel (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Marli Mechanical; and Zerem Electrical Services Inc.
