Concrete pumping continues high up at the Pulse condominium project at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in Toronto, Ontario.
Saddlebrook Construction pumps up at the Pulse condo project
The Pulse project’s developer is The Pemberton Group and the general contractor is Saddlebrook Construction Inc.
Designed by Burka Varacalli Architects, the 27-storey and 26-storey towers will offer a total of 510 units and three levels of underground parking. The buildings also include billiards and fitness rooms and virtual golf.
The project’s consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape).
Subcontractors include Michael Bros. Excavating; Dolente Concrete & Drain Co.; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Canadian Precast; Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry; Metro Carpentry; Sterling Tile & Carpet.
The list of subcontractors also features Marel Contractors (drywall); Primo Mechanical; Cooltech Services Ltd. (ventilation); OZZ Corp. (electrical); Quest Window Systems Inc.; Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. (roofing); ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.; Cedargreen Landscaping; and Empire Paving.
