Despite the frosty winter weather, work keeps moving along at the Bell Creekbank Phase III Class “A” office building in Mississauga, Ontario.
At AECON Buildings’ Bell office project, construction dials up as spring approaches
Construction manager AECON Buildings and MHPM Project Managers Inc. began the five-storey office in spring 2007; completion is scheduled for late fall 2008.
The Bell Creekbank building’s owner/developer is Bell Canada/H + R REIT. The architects are Bregman + Hamann Architects.
Consultants are AM Candaras Associates Inc. (civil); Carruthers and Wallace Ltd. (structural); Hidi & Associates Inc. (mechanical); Lapas Consulting Engineers Ltd. (electrical); HH Angus (elevator); and Quinn Design Associates Inc. (landscape).
Subtrades include Ragno Excavating Ltd.; Strong Foundations (rock anchors); Harris Rebar; Alliance Forming Ltd. (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Geo. A. Kelson Co. Ltd. (mechanical); Interborough Electric (underground electrical); Ampere Ltd. (electrical); and Paul and Douglas (sprinkler/fire protection).
Subtrades also include Ferguson Neudorf Glass Inc. (curtain wall); Bothwell-Accurate Co. Ltd. (waterproofing); Otis Canada Inc.
