Work at Renaissance of Richmond Hill rolls on

Conduit is rolled out for installation at the Renaissance of Richmond Hill condominium and retail project in Richmond Hill, Ont.
Owner/developer Tridel Corp. and Deltera Inc. began the seven-storey, 104-unit Renaissance project in August 2007; completion is scheduled for summer 2009.
Designed by Burka Varacalli Architects Inc., the building offers three levels of underground parking and ground-floor retail.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates Ltd. (structural); Stantec (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape).
Subtrades include Magine Contractors (site work/excavation); Rumble Foundations Contractors Ltd.; C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. (1987) Ltd.; CIP Group (formwork); Roman Metals (misc. metals); Metrix Ready Mix; Gottardo Masonry; Network Mechanical; Millenium Electric; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (glass/glazing); Viana Roofing; and CNIM Canada (elevators).
