DJ Campbell Construction ensures strong foundation at Dunfield Retirement Community

Rebar installation continues at the Dunfield Retirement Community, 77 Dunfield Avenue in Toronto, Ontario.
Construction manager DJ Campbell Construction Ltd. began the 17-storey, 179-suite building with two levels of underground parking in July and completion is expected April 2009.
The building’s owner is Shiplake Dunfield Ltd. The architect is Northgrave Architect Inc.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Priestly Demolition; Aro Excavating; Fourwinds Construction Inc. (underground drains); Strong Foundations (shoring/caissons); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Delgant 2000 Ltd. (formwork); and Innocon Inc. (concrete supply).
