Waterfront Toronto seeks development partners for East Bayfront
As part of the multi-billion dollar revitalization of Toronto’s waterfront and surrounding area, Waterfront Toronto is seeking development partners for its East Bayfront initiative.
On March 14, 2008, Waterfront Toronto will issue two Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for two major mixed-use development opportunities in the East Bayfront. The organization’s objective is to short-list development teams who will then be asked to respond to more-detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs). RFPs are exptect to be issued in summer 2008.
The Request for Qualifications and supporting background documents will be available on March 14, 2008 on the East Bayfront project’s Web site: www.buildeastbayfront.ca
