Times Group Corporation continues work on Majestic Court condominium project

Work is ongoing for the Majestic Court condominium project on Clegg Road in Markham, Ontario. Developer Times Group Corporation has completion scheduled for May 2009.
The Project Team
The Majestic Court condominiums will include two-tower project scheduled for two levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. and MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Oak Site Preparation Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Albrecht Bros. Reinforcing Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); James Dick Concrete (concrete supply); Primo Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; and Schindler Elevator Corp.
