Vanbots crew continues work on Bramalea City Centre Mall

Work continues on the expansion at the Bramalea City Centre Mall in Bramalea, Ontario. that is owned by Morguard Investments Limited. Construction manager Vanbots Construction Corp. began the two-storey, 325,000-square-foot project with two levels of parking in July and completion has been scheduled for November 2009. The project was designed by Petroff Partnership Architects. Consultants are: Banerjee & Associates Ltd. (structural); Ellard Willson Engineering Ltd. (mechanical); Hammerschlag + Joffe Inc. (electrical); UEL Urban Ecosystems Ltd. (civil); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Ciro Excavating & Grading Ltd.; Avenue Building Corp. (formwork); Harris Rebar; James Dick Construction Ltd. (concrete supply); Linar Masonry; Bering Mechanical Ltd.; Ampere Electric Ltd.; General Sprinklers (fire protection); and PBW High Voltage Ltd. (electrical site services).
