Toddglen St. Patrick makes progress on 9T6 Condominium Residences

Workers prepare to unload a truck of materials at the 9T6 Condominium Residences on St. Patrick St. project in Toronto. Toddglen St. Patrick began the 18-storey, 224-unit building in June 2006 and completion has been scheduled for next May. The project was designed by Atkins Architects. Consultants are Y & V Engineering (structural) and CBM Group (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Shor-Cais Consulting Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Res Group (formwork); Gilbert Steel (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Marli Mechanical; and Zerem Electrical Services Inc.
