Woods End Work
H & R CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LTD
Construction progresses for the Woods End condominiums at 483 Faith Dr. in Mississauga, Ont. Construction manager H & R Construction Management Ltd. have completion of the six-storey, 57-unit project scheduled for June. The work includes a fitness room, a party room and one level of underground parking. The Woods End condominium project was designed by Jackson Eidelberg Architect Inc. Consultants are M.G. Pascoe & Associates Ltd. (structural); P. Lim & Associates (mechanical-electrical); and Fleisher Ridout Partnership (landscape). Subtrades include: JPK Contracting Ltd. (excavation); Linton Forming; Harris Rebar; Armer Steel Ltd. (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Denham Masonry; RSG Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates (electrical); Allan Window Technologies Ltd.; T. Hamilton & Son Roofing Inc.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
