Glass installation moves upwards for The Windermere By The Lake condominium and townhouse project in Toronto. General contractor Toddglen Group has completion of the 29-storey, 297-unit building with 116 townhouses scheduled for September. It will also include one level of underground parking. The Project Team
The Windermere by the Lake project was designed by Pellow Associates Architects Inc. Consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Quinn Design Associates Inc. (landscape). Subcontractors include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Darlington Steel (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Marel Contractors (drywall); Village Masonry Construction Inc.; University Plumbing & Heating Ltd. (mechanical); Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; Sunrise Window & Door Systems Inc. (windows); CityWide Door & Hardware Inc. (hardware/doors & frames); KML (framing system); Duron Ontario Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
