Concrete pouring continues for the Domain Condominiums at 319 Merton St. in Toronto. Monarch Corporation has completion of the two-tower project scheduled for January 2007. The work consists of one 13-storey tower and one 14-storey tower with 241 units. It will also include a fitness room, games and billiards lounge and three-and-a-half levels of underground parking.
The Project Team
The Domain Condominiums were designed by EI Richmond Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); ECE Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and PMA Landscape Architect. Subcontractors include: Michael Brothers Excavating; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Fourwinds Construction Ltd. (site services); Italform Ltd. (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. (1987) Ltd.; RES Precast Inc.; Teskey Concrete Co. Ltd.; Village Masonry Construction Inc.; Hi-Rise Mechanical Contracting (plumbing/fire protection); Belmar Ventilation Systems Inc. (HVAC); Mayfair Electric Ltd.; Selba Industries Inc. (kitchens); Model Railing Inc. (misc. metals); Rockford Tile Contractors; Sterling Tile & Carpet; Midnorthern (appliances); Alliance Flooring; Primeline Windows; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
