Workers secure rebar to be lifted at the Circa at Markham Town Centre condominium project in Markham, Ont. Tridel Corportion and Dorsay Developments began the 16-storey, 390-unit building with two levels of underground parking last March and completion is scheduled for this fall. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack and Associates Inc. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and MBTW Landscape Architects. Subtrades include: Magine Contractors Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Edvac Contracting Ltd. (formwork); Harris Rebar (rebar supply); Global Precast (precast); Dufferin Concrete (concrete supply); Venice Masonry; Network Mechanical Inc.; Cooltech Services Ltd. (ventilation); Ozz Corporation (electrical); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (roofing); Normac Kitchens; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
