Work continues at Lower Simcoe Street and Bremner Boulevard for the Infinity condominium project in Toronto. Owner/developer The Conservatory Group began the 35-storey, 639-unit project in January 2004. It will include a daycare, community centre, commercial space and four levels of underground parking. The architect for the project is E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); The ECE Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Alexander Budrevics Associates Ltd. (landscape). Subtrades include: B. Gottardo Construction Ltd. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); St. Mary’s CBM (concrete supply); Brady Mechanical Systems (mechanical); D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd. (plumbing); and Mayfair Electric Ltd.
