Work progresses for The Tides At Mystic Pointe condominiums at 260 Manitoba Street in Toronto. Construction manager CAMcorp Construction Inc. has completion of the 24-storey, 308-unit project with underground parking scheduled for this summer. The project was designed by Burka Varacalli Architects. Consultants are: Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Eagleson Construction (excavation); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Delgant Construction Ltd. (formwork); Canada-Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd. (rebar supply); St. Mary’s CBM (concrete supply); Marli Mechanical; Zerem Electrical Services Ltd.; Allan Window Systems Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
