Water Centre

Designed by Manasc Isaac Architects Ltd and Sturgess Architecture, the Water Centre in southeast Calgary will provide waterworks and wastewater staff with a new office building. About 400 administrative staff will be housed in three floors of open office space overlooking a central atrium. In keeping with the City of Calgary’s new Sustainable Buildings Policy, the building will be designed to LEED-Silver minimum rating. Completion is scheduled for spring 2006. Consultants include: Urban Systems Ltd., civil; Read Jones Christoffersen, structural; Keen Engineering, electrical and mechanical.
