Masonry work progresses for the KML Window Plant & Office addition in Strathroy, Ont. McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the single-storey, design-build project in October and will be finished in May. The architect for the project is McKay-Cocker Design-Build. Consultants are: Mardon Engineering Ltd. (structural); Barrett Mechanical/Technicair Ltd. (mechanical); Johnson Electric Inc. (electrical); Subcontractors include: Aar-con Excavating; Drillco Foundation Co. Ltd. (shoring/caissons); McKay-Cocker (formwork); Harris Rebar (rebar supply); Prestressed Systems Inc. (precast); Lambton Metal Service (structural steel); Lafarge Construction Materials (concrete supply); Kappeler Masonry; Smith-Peat Roofing & Sheet Metal (roofing); and Del-Ko Paving & Construction.
