A worker gives the signal at the Kingsway Condominiums at 2855 Bloor Street West in Toronto. The eight-storey, 135-unit project was started last April by Toddglen Management Ltd. and completion is scheduled for December. There will also be two levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. Consultants are: Kazmar Associates (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and Bryan Patton Associates (interior design). Subcontractors include: Blu-Mar Excavating & Grading; In-Situ Engineering (dewatering); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Alliance Forming Ltd./Verdi Group Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Teskey Concrete Ltd. (concrete supply); Ozz Corporation (electrical); Duron Ontario Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
